Terms and Conditions for Aesthetics Treatment Clinic

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Ziba Aesthetics.

By booking an appointment and/or receiving any treatments at the Clinic, you (the client ) agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please do not proceed with your appointment or treatment.

2. Services Provided

We offer various aesthetic treatments including, but not limited to, facials , injectables and other cosmetic procedures. A full list of services and their descriptions is available at the Clinic and on our website and social media pages

3. Client Eligibility

To receive treatments at the Clinic, you must be at least 18 years old. It is your responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or previous treatments that may affect the safety or efficacy of your treatment.

4. Consultation

A thorough consultation is required before any treatment to assess your suitability. The consultation may include a discussion of your medical history, current medications, and other relevant information. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if we determine it is unsafe or inappropriate for you.

5. Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance. We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. No-shows or late arrivals may be charged a fee or have their treatment time reduced.

6. Pricing and Payment

Prices for services are available upon request or can be found on our website. All services are subject to change. Payment for treatments is due at the time of service. We accept payment in the  forms of  bank transfer and cash. Any additional costs will be discussed during the consultation.

7. Consent to Treatment

By proceeding with any treatment, you consent to the procedures being performed by Ziba Aesthetics qualified practitioner. We may request written consent for certain treatments, and you have the right to ask questions and clarify any concerns before proceeding.

8. Risks and Side Effects

All aesthetic treatments carry some degree of risk, including but not limited to allergic reactions, bruising, swelling, redness, or other side effects. You acknowledge and accept these risks by undergoing treatment. We will make every effort to minimise potential risks, but we cannot guarantee specific results.

9. Aftercare

It is your responsibility to follow the aftercare instructions provided by the Clinic to ensure the best possible results and to minimise complications. Failure to follow aftercare instructions may result in adverse effects or unsatisfactory results.

10. Health and Safety

For your safety, treatments are only available after a complete assessment. You must inform us of any changes in your health or any new medications before future treatments. The Clinic reserves the right to refuse service if we feel a treatment could pose a risk to your health.

11. Privacy and Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. All client records are kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

12. Limitation of Liability

The Clinic is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, injuries, or adverse outcomes resulting from the treatments provided. By accepting treatment, you agree to release the Clinic from any claims related to the outcome of treatments.

13. Referrals and Promotions

From time to time, we may offer special promotions, discounts, or referral programs. These promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly outlined at the time of the offer.

14. Treatment Results

We provide the highest quality of treatments and strive for optimal results. However, individual results may vary. No guarantees regarding specific outcomes are made, and treatment results cannot be guaranteed.

15. Complaints and Disputes

If you are dissatisfied with your treatment, we encourage you to inform us immediately so we can address your concerns. Any complaints or disputes will be handled in a fair and professional manner in accordance with our internal procedures.

16. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and you are encouraged to review them periodically.

By booking an appointment and undergoing treatment at the Clinic, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
